The FISH! Philosophy: Make Their Day

It's about doing something special for others. When you make someone's day, you give them a gift they won't soon forget. It feels good for everybody. It is consistent with leadership being a selfless act. It creates momentum. It creates community. Learn about what it means as a student leader on campus to "make their day" and create the atmosphere that keeps them coming back!

The FISH! Philosophy: Choose Your Attitude

It's about accepting full responsibility for all of our choices, even out attitude. A positive attitude is a decision we make. It's about encouraging the heart! Learn how to make attitude an integral component in your leadership, which will also allow you to model the way for your groups.


Friday, March 28:
The FISH! Philosophy: Be There

It's about being focused on the member and what is important. It's about the other person. It's about listening and reacting to the needs of others. It's about modeling the way and enabling others to act. It is about communication and really listening and hearing others. Learn how you can make the difference as a student leader on campus with the BE THERE principle.

It's about having fun and enjoying yourself. It's about being spontaneous and creative. It's about challenging the process and inspiring others. Learn how to create an environment that attracts students to both your organization and your events.
