Faculty Salary Schedules
The Full-time Faculty Salary Schedule is comprised of six levels or zones. The Placement Zones are utilized as a hiring range for incoming faculty. Each zone represents the base salary level for each educational group at six levels of teaching experience from zero to five years. Newly-hired faculty may be credited with up to five years experience. Equivalent industrial or occupational experience at the rate of two to one may be credited to incoming faculty.
