Refund Policy

A 100% refund is provided if the college must cancel a course or if a Schedule Change form is completed by the student by phone or in person at the Admissions/Registration office before a course begins.

Emergency circumstances beyond the student's control may warrant a transfer to another course in the same term. Requests of this type may be submitted on a Schedule Change Form at the Admissions/Registration office. The individual must state the emergency situation and the desired outcome on the lines provided on the Schedule Change Form.
