Lone Star College System continues to seek new ways to help families and students manage the costs of education. Current sources include:
- Federal, state and endowment funds
- Gifts and grants from corporations and foundations
- Local and community scholarships
Plan ahead:
- New students are required to visit their campus financial aid office
- April 1 is the Priority deadline: after the priority date, awards are made if funds are available
- Funds are usually awarded for the following fall and spring semesters.
