Mission Statement
The purpose of the Financial Aid Council is to create and implement consistent policies and procedures, according to federal and state regulations, for financial aid programs at Lone Star College System. Its membership is composed of the District Director for Financial Aid and Scholarships and the Director of Financial Aid from each campus. The role of Financial Aid Council is to provide leadership and support to the college financial aid offices throughout the district as well as serve as a resource for the community and other student services groups within the district.
