- Team One: Lone Star College–Montgomery will implement an integrated system, for all full and part time positions, for hiring and retaining the best people for each position, effectively evaluating them, and supporting each one’s continued development in their current and future positions.

- Team Two: Lone Star College–Montgomery will develop guidelines and implement practices (including the continuous assessment of the necessity of committees) to ensure that the time, professional development and resource needs of faculty are met, so that they may prepare and deliver courses of the highest quality for our students.
