POLICY AGREEMENT

1. If my presentation proposal is selected, I agree that it is a voluntary contribution to Lone Star College System, and that I will not receive an honorarium or expense reimbursement.
2. I authorize Lone Star College System to publish the conference materials. I waive my rights to receive any fees or royalties associated with the conference.
3. I agree to register for the conference and that only the person listed as first presenter shall have customary conference fees waived.
4. I have contacted my co-presenters in this program, to secure their agreement to register for the conference, pay the conference registration fee, and appear in this presentation.
