Dual Credit
Dual Credit is part of the Lone Star College System's exceptional admissions program. It is designed specifically for high school juniors and seniors ready for college-level instruction. Students who demonstrate college readiness on a placement exam can earn college and high school credits simultaneously by attending classes at their high school, at Lone Star College–Montgomery, or online.

Summer Bridge Program
The Summer Bridge program is a nationally-recognized three-week summer program for students who need extra academic work to place into college credit courses. This accelerated program offers English 0307, writing; English 0305, reading; or Math 0310 and is open to graduating seniors who passed the high school exit TAKS test but did not score high enough to place into college courses.

McCabe Bridge Program
The Bridge Partnership is a national program of selected high schools and community colleges that partner to increase the number of students who aspire to go on to college, to accelerate their preparation for college-level work and smooth the transition to college entry and success.

Tech Prep
Tech Prep is an AAS degree that links Career and Technical Education (CTE) high school course curriculum to college technical course curriculum through articulation. These courses help students get a jump start on college credits, as well as acquire technical skills for immediate entry-level employment after high school while attending college .

SAT Preparation
The SAT Review course is offered to high school students who want a thorough review prior to taking the new SAT exam. This course is a collaboration with University of Houston-Downtown, taught at the Lone Star College–Montgomery campus.

GED Preparation
Lone Star College–Montgomery offers high school equivalency preparation and exam programs. The GED Review course is offered in both English and Spanish. Currently, GED Prep is offered at the Lone Star College–Montgomery Lone Star College–Conroe Center (102 Longview St.), just east of downtown Conroe off Hwy 105.
